             San Leon MUD

             San Leon, Texas 77539

Be sure to write your MUD account number on the check.

3.          Pay online from your checking account:

Most banks offer “online bill pay” to their checking   account customers. You can initiate the payment at your own convenience from your home. Be sure to include your account number and our mailing address that is provided above.

4.          New to the Billing System is ACH (Automatic Clearing House) Auto Pay:

This will be a    scheduled monthly payment which will be withdrawn from your bank account on the 19th of every month.  If you would like to have this option, you may set it up in the office or print a copy of the form, fill it out  and the drop box.  If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Water Office.

5.          New Recurring Payments:

Your monthly payments can be automatically deducted from your bank account for a fee of a $1.00 or from your credit card for a fee of 5% of the total amount you want to deducted from your credit card.  With recurring payments you won’t have to worry about due dates, late fees, or the risk of service interruption.  Your payment is deducted each billing cycle so you don’t have to worry about it.  Your account will be drafted on the last date of the grace period (Due Date).  You will continue to receive a paper bill advising you of the amount of the draft.  The first drafting of your account   will occur on the next billing period after receipt of the set up.  If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Water Office.

Your water bill is perforated horizontally near the top of the statement. Please make sure to tear off the top portion of the statement and include it with your payment. If you would like a receipt bring the entire statement to the Water Office. This will ensure you get proper credit for the amount you pay. Without the remittance it takes our staff longer to process your payment - and that costs you money!

Pay your bill right here from our website using your credit card with our online bill paying service. Security of your personal information and minimizing cost of these services are our priorities. There will be a convenience fee of 5% of the total amount you want to pay on your account.

You may pay online if you have been disconnected, but please contact the Water Office to be reconnected.  The online payments are not posted right away and will be posted to your account the following business day.

You can only use Internet Explorer browser when using the online bill pay!!!
