Notice is hereby given of the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Leon Municipal Utility District at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at the District Office, 443 24^th Street, San Leon, Texas for the purpose of Discuss/Consideration and Act/Approval upon the following matters:

 

1)          Call Meeting to Order;

2)          Comments from District Residents;

3)          Call Public Hearing concerning Adoption of the District Tax Rate and Authorize                              Publication of Notice of Public Hearing, take Record Vote on Proposed Tax Rate;

4)          Approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting on July 20, 2010;

5)          Consider and Approve the Engineer’s Report;

6)          Consider and Approve the Field Superintendent’s Report;

7)          Consider and Approve the Office Manager’s Report;

8)          Discuss/Consider and Possible Action on the District's Meter Readers;

9)          Director’s Report;

10)        Recess into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071/551.072 and 551.07 of the                     Texas Government Code regarding;

                          a)          Personnel Matters;

11)        Adjourn Executive Session;

12)        Return to Regular Session and Act on Matters Discussed in Executive Session;

13)        Adjourn Meeting;
